For October’s East Coast CIO Forum, Truision will feature Stephen Brobst, Truision Partner and Managing Partner at Sampo Technologies & Systems, to discuss “Never Let an Extreme Crisis Go to Waste” on Thursday, October 7th at 12:00pm EST.
Agenda:
Never Let an Extreme Crisis Go to Waste
The most significant impediment to revolutionary progress is inertia. Not technology, but humans and organizations. In this talk we examine the opportunities that present themselves as a crisis emerges and subsides. We discuss how to leverage such opportunities and harness the need to change in the aftermath of a crisis into evolution toward “new normal” capabilities that have long-term, positive impact on individuals and organizations. We will discuss how organization that use data for “quick learning” leveraging AI/ML technologies will succeed with agility in comparison to organizations that are overly fragile in their hyper-optimized operating processes. Mini-case studies will be used to illustrate best practices and pitfalls with real-world organizational experiences during and after a crisis.
- Learn about critical success factors for surviving in the aftermath of an extreme crisis situation.
- Learn about how to reset business practices for improved performance in a post-crisis world.
- Learn about how to use data along with AI/ML technologies to drive effective execution during a crisis.
